“An Fiach Ruadh”, The wild swift one, a history of deer in Ireland; by Joseph Murphy
April 17 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Birdwatch Ireland Kildare Branch monthly scheduled talk is not this time about birds, but about the history of deer in Ireland.
Mr Joseph Murphy has had a long association with deer in Ireland and will bring this to life in his talk on Thursday the 17th at 19.00h (7.00pm) at the Naas Library and cultural centre.
It promises to be a revelation into the life of deer in Ireland, how many species, when did they first appear on this island, the threats to their existence, and what the future holds for them.
