Visit to Lough Boora Discovery Park

Lough Boora Discovery Park is a special place in Co. Offaly where many birds can be observed, including the enigmatic and very rare Grey partridge.
Recently, Marsh Harrier and Merlin have been observed at Lough Boora, and of course a host of resident sedentary birds as well as good numbers of Summer migrants will be singing their hearts out.
The weather looks to be good for Saturday, but check the conditions closer to the day, and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
